The objectives of the German-Ukrainian Association of Economy and Science

The German-Ukrainian Association for Economics and  Sciences serves the purpose, in the spirit of the agreements between
the Federal Republic of Germany and the Ukraine to maintain and promote relations in economy, science and society, between Germany and the Ukraine and to promote and support industry and academia through the exchange of experiences and knowledge on the economic and academic conditions in the respective countries. Seeking partnerships with business associations, governmental and non governmental institutions of science and industry, wants through meetings in both countries, establish contacts of entrepreneurs - especially the middle class - of scientists, encourage students and politicians who will support the chambers, associations and universities at their events and initiatives and is aiming for a close and constructive cooperation with economic development agencies and government bodies.

The DUG-WW was founded with the active support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rheinhessen on April 29th 2005 in Mainz. Its domicile is in the Chamber of Commerce in Mainz. In Berlin, Wilhelmstrasse 77, the main office of DUG-WW. In Kiev and in Lemberg-Liviv the DUG-WW is represented.
